Travelers Agreement

We are excited that you decided to enjoy Independence in Jamaica.

Thank you for outlining your travel requests above. This will help to finalize the pricing of your trip. 

Prices are subject to change until booked. 

To secure the quoted price, a deposit or full payment is required. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.

You will be contacted by an agent within 24 hours to finalize your reservation. Your deposit/payment will be charged when this form is submitted. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Policy

• 30 days or less - full payment required
• 30 - 45 days - 50% of payment. Final payment due 30 days prior to travel
• > 45 deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. 50% is required 45 days prior to travel and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to travel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30 days or less - non-refundable
• 30 - 45 days - 50% refundable
• > 45 days refund less deposit.
